Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Assistance in Locating Missing Person

Lincoln County, MO – February 24, 2025 – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating Kevin Williams Carns, a missing person last seen in Old Monroe, Missouri.

Mr. Carns, a white male, born in October of 1965, has medical conditions and has been missing for approximately 24 hours from 1244 Brevator Rd., Old Monroe, MO. He does not have his wallet or phone with him.

If anyone has seen Kevin Carns or has any information on his whereabouts, please contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at (636) 528-6100, Option #1.

A photo of Mr. Carns is attached to assist in identification. We urge residents to share this information widely and report any sightings immediately.
