Currently, all real estate documents:
$24.00 first page & $3.00 each additional page
Non-Standard Document:
$49.00 first page & $3.00 each additional page
Additional Releases or Assignments Referenced
$5.00 per referenced document
- Must have 3″ margin at top of the first page designated for the Recorder’s certification
- Must have 3/4″ margin on remaining 3 margins
- Must contain legible legal description
- Must be properly notarized
- Signature of notary public must be legible along with his/her seal legibly affixed beneath signature
- Handwritten documents will not be accepted
